I utilize weekly check-ins and offer added support, fun, and informative nutrition groups to support your weight loss and fitness goals. The encouraging guidance helps you stay motivated and on track with your healthy food choices, sleep habits, and fitness goals--ensuring you a steady weight loss and overall maintenance of health and fitness.
At Journey Optimal Health, we specialize in providing personalized nutrition and wellness solutions designed to support your unique goals for health improvement. Together, we will develop a sustainable plan just for you that not only promotes weight loss but also supports life-long wellness.

Following your free consult, you will be able to schedule your one hour Intake Session with your Coach. This will be to discuss and develop a specific weight loss and strength building plan that's just right for you. You will be recommended a tracking tool to be used to further help guide you into your nutrition and health goals. Lastly, you are provided instruction for personal weekly check-ins and information about educational, fun, and supportive groups available. A Nutrition Journal is also recommended!

Here, you select the program that is right for you during your free consult with your Coach. By following the science of good nutrition, healthy habits, your personal coaching guidance, and "Staying The Course," you'll definately be on track for an amazingly strong and healthy body and confidence beyond your wildest dreams!

While both nutrition coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while nutrition coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
